American Technical Ceramics Corporation and its affiliates (“ATC”, “we”, “our” or “us”) are dedicated to protecting the privacy of the consumers of their products and services. ATC wants to provide a safe and secure environment for consumers. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you, as a visitor to an ATC web site, of the types of information we may gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct the information. This privacy policy applies to the www.atceramics.com web site and other internet-accessible ATC branded web sites and/or services that incorporate this policy. Our web site may contain links to other third party web sites. ATC is not responsible for the privacy policies of any or all of any linked web sites contained within the ATC web site. About All ATC Web Site Visitors
ATC web sites automatically gather certain usage information like the quantity and frequency of visitors to the web site and its areas. All information transmitted on the ATC web site is confidential and will not be sold, licensed or given away. Personal information provided to ATC on this web site is secured by VeriSign and encrypted.

Personal information relating to individual customers, vendors or contractors or to employees of corporate customers, vendors or contractors that is collected is used and disclosed solely for ATC’s business purposes, including establishing, managing or terminating the sales or purchase relationships with ATC. We do not share your personal information with third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track Requests and Third-Party Tracking
Unless your browser settings are configured to make your online activities and publicly available information about your online activities invisible to usage analytics tools, we do not presently have the capability to omit your information from site usage information we collect to the extent your browser only sends us a “do not track” message and does not otherwise screen you from tracking without any action on our part.

Third parties, other than our vendors (such as a web site analytics provider), do not have authorization from us to track which web sites you visited prior to and after visiting our web site. That said, we cannot control third party tracking and there may be some third party tracking that occurs without our knowledge or consent.

We are headquartered in the United States.
